Congratulations on the upcoming birth of your baby!

We would be honored to provide pediatric care for your baby, and to support your family through this wonderful time. 

To join the practice, please:

  1. Verify that your insurance is accepted here.
  2. Review our vaccination policy here.
  3. Select your top choice of three providers here or you can request “any provider.” 
  4. Fill out our new patient intake form here. A staff member will call you within 1-2 business days to complete the intake process and schedule your appointment.
  5. If you prefer to talk to someone, call 410-321-9393 to complete the new patient intake process via phone. (follow prompts to the provider at the top of your list, or prompt to POD M if you are comfortable with “any provider.”


You will be scheduled for a 30 minute prenatal consultation (in person or via telemed depending on preference) with your future provider once you have been accepted into the practice via the steps above. 
 
The cost of the prenatal visit is $100.00 collected at the time of service. We will then submit the visit to your insurance and a refund will be issued based on your insurance coverage. Coverage for this service varies based on your plan, so check with your insurance to see how it is covered.
